Energy from wind and sun for your own supply

Sustainable and economical trading with renewable energies

Wind turbines and photovoltaics are among the most economical energy sources due to their high yield. Sun and wind are also sustainable energy sources. With our tailor-made generation concepts, we support companies in supplying themselves with renewable energies - from planning and construction to plant operation.

Independent energy supply with effective energy storage systems

Renewable energies such as wind energy are not always available as a source of electricity generation. A well thought-out storage concept is therefore crucial for a reliable and independent energy supply.

If electricity generation is too low, the stored electricity can be switched on to ensure a continuous supply during times of demand, such as production times. In the event of overproduction, the surplus energy can either be stored or converted into other energy sources. Max Bögl is pursuing the concept of sector coupling, among other things. This involves linking the energy sector with the industrial, transport or building sectors and using surplus energy to heat company buildings, for example.

Direct supply to the headquarters via its own wind farm

The end of 2026 will see our prototype turbine with a hub height of 199 meters go into operation at the Winnberg wind farm. What makes this project so special is not only the record-breaking hub height, but also the direct supply of the energy generated into the nearby Max Bögl headquarters in Sengenthal.

The earthworks for laying the cable route for the direct connection have already been completed. The first work has also begun at the wind farm itself: the foundation for the wind turbine will be built in February. The tower construction and assembly of the turbine will follow later in the year, with the turbine expected to go into operation in the fall. And it will set a new world record for height: as the tallest series-produced onshore wind turbine! The energy cell at the Sengenthal headquarters, currently equipped with its own photovoltaic systems, a combined heat and power plant, and a battery storage facility, will become even more energy self-sufficient thanks to the wind turbine's direct power supply.
